Hi Connie -- Indeed we found something that struck our fancy and are in contract. Karen is doing a great job helping us to bring this purchase to closure -- especially since we are out of town for all of this! She's been meeting with the home inspector, the termite inspector, the appraiser, sending me photos ... just keeping us up-to-date on everything! We're talking to each other everyday it seems since we are looking to close by the end of this month. I would recommend Karen in a moment -- she's been and continues to be great!

Hi Connie;

Hope all is well with you.  I wanted to let you know that we have purchased a beach front condo in Indian Rocks.  After presenting Al’s research to the partners and deliberating for a number of weeks, we all decided that it would be more beneficial for the group, to purchase a beach property rather than a golf community property.  We all have families, and the beach benefits won out.
