1.     Why are all the courses numbered?  That is to protect our investment.  If we displayed the name of the courses ever agent would have access to information we have taken years to gather.

2.    How much information do you need?  The more information you provide the better we can serve you.  How much golf you want to play, your handicap, your price range and anything that is important to you...

3.     Am I obligated to work with your representatives?  No!  However we believe that their knowledge will speak for itself.

4.     Do I save money buying a new home from the developer?  No! All developers build in real estate commissions in their pricing.  They do not discount the pricing if an outside agent is not involved.

5.    How do you get paid?  When you purchase your home from one of our specialists, they will forward a part of their commission to our company.

6.    Why do you cover other States?  We are responding to our web visitors and as a result are expanding our site to areas outside of Florida.
