Florida Golf Realty.com is dedicated to the golfing communities around Florida.  We have been active in Florida since 1999 providing future homeowners with golf course information. 

As an agent or broker you may join our network in one of the following ways.

Enter Listing Free:

We have recently made changes to the web site and are now able to offer FREE listings to any realtor in Florida that has a listing in a Golf Community.  You are required to maintain the strict standards of MLS and no contact information is allowed in the listing except as required by NAR. 

You will be required to keep your listing updated through our edit and delete set up.  We do not want listings left on the site that are SOLD except where allowed.

Individual agents may join our network and receive referrals for their area.  Referral fees are based on agent participation in the network.

Request a Territory

We have a few areas that are available where we do not have Affiliated Brokers or agents representing the golf communities.  If you have knowledge of all the golf courses in your area, or most of them, and you would be interested in joining our team please contact us at info@floridagolfrealty.com and we will be happy to discuss what we do.  There are no fees other than a small set up charge that enables the broker/agent to show golf communities in their area on their personal or business web site.

Exclusive Listing Rights

Brokers/Agents may request exclusive listing privileges for specific communities for a nominal fee.  This would exclude other agents from posting their listings in that specific community to our web site.

If you are interested in joining our network, please feel free to contact us.  If you simply would like to load your listing for our viewing public we would be happy to have you.  Be sure to provide us with the name of the community, the golf course, course phone number, zip code, county and city in which the club is located.  If we do not carry a particular club on our site we will contact you directly.
