Florida Golf Realty, started in 1999,  was designed to assist golfers relocating to Florida.  Helping golf homebuyers find a home in a Florida golf community, that fit both their golfing goals and their budget, is what we do better than anyone.

Private country clubs are not for everyone and with this in mind we have included  semi-private, public and resort communities.

The price of homes is directly related to the price of membership and the type of golf club. Golf memberships can run into thousands of dollars and correspondingly the monthly or annual dues can run from $3,000 a year to over $10,000.  In addition there are many costs associated with membership such as food and beverage minimums, capital improvements, and assessments to mention a few.
